A Place to Pause
For Awareness and Agency
An interval is the space between two points in time. A pause.
Interval offers a structured, attentive space to slow down, creating and protecting the pause that ministry culture rarely allows.
“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
What Interval Is
Interval is a pastoral care and consulting practice serving pastors and Christian leaders who are carrying weight that requires slower, more careful attention. Sessions are intentionally unhurried and thoughtfully structured, making space for honest reflection, careful listening, and discernment before God.
Why this Matters
Ministry rarely slows down without deliberate intention. Leaders are often trained to endure, but sustained faithfulness requires more than endurance. It requires awareness.
Interval is an invitation to pause before the interruption comes uninvited.
What You’ll Find Here
Within a session, you are offered:
Space to name what feels heavy without being rushed toward solutions
Space to reflect without pressure to perform
Space to discern what faithfulness requires in this season
If this kind of space would be helpful, you are welcome to schedule a session when you are ready.
